As they are listed as a "medical supply store" in a google search. I called and asked if they rented heavy duty manual wheelchairs and the male that answered stated "we're not that kind of store" and abruptly hung up before I could even ask what in fact they did do. Don't think I would even call back if I had other "medical supply" inquiries if the customer service is going to be like this.
