My wife had an appointment scheduled here after a referral through insurance company after an accident. She ended up arriving to the clinic but was told her appointment was canceled because the adjuster had not confirmed with them. They never told my wife this and she ended up driving all the way to downtown, taking time off work. They said she should have gotten a cancelation email but my wife said she never did.
