Ive been here numerous of times and i just want to say the girls at the front are super nice, and friendly. While looking for a family dr. I went there and Dr. Herdzik was amazing, he listened to all my symptoms, sent me for numerous tests, and actually found my diagnosis which he than sent a referrel for a specialist. I have nothing but good things to say about this TMC. Thank you !
Best experience at a walk-in clinic. Timely and professional. Returning to drop my initial 5 star review to 4 stars. My latest visit I realized their restroom does not have a baby changing station, which led me to have to change a sick and very dirty baby on the floor. Thankfully I had a travel pad with me. A changing station is the bare minimum in my opinion.
Young girl working desk. 1:45 on a Saturday. They dont close until 2pm 1 other person checked in. I was told by the doctor the day before to come back to check on cat scratch infection. She turned me away said no more patients. After I told her the doctor asked me to come she said you can come tomorrow. Her tone condescending. I could see if it was 2pm then that's on me or if the waiting room was full. She didn't even ask what it was about. Don't post you close at 2pm if you plan to reject patients before that.
