I worked with them for 6 months. You do some tarping and they don't pay you for it, which is already the lowest rate on the market at $40 per tarp and untarp. I had to pay for a rental car to leave the truck for them at their terminal, and they deducted $746 from my last paycheck for no reason. They are thieves.

I once drove over there to do their orientation. Me being a driver with 30 years experience. I got over there and they wanted me to sleep in a room with 3 others. Then they don't want you to drive your own vehicle to the training room. Any grown man with experience doesn't ride a bus with kids. Then they have a teacher in there If you already know how to chain a load down I can't figure out you'd need a smartass 3show you anything. A Serious Warning for Future Trainees at TMC (do your research) I joined TMC based on a strong recommendation and was excited to start. Orientation was quick and professional. Out of 30 people, only 15 made it to training — we felt we had accomplished something. Sadly, the experience quickly deteriorated. My trainer, Ben Warren, was unprofessional from the start.
