A Serious Warning for Future Trainees at TMC (do your research) I joined TMC based on a strong recommendation and was excited to start. Orientation was quick and professional. Out of 30 people, only 15 made it to training — we felt we had accomplished something. Sadly, the experience quickly deteriorated. My trainer, Ben Warren, was unprofessional from the start. Your driver in truck number 12619 with trailer number 36412 traveling west on I-90 through Mauston, WI at 3:30pm on July 13th needs to be retrained on how to properly and SAFELY pass other vehicles, especially other trucks, on the interstate. The first time he passed me, he actually almost ran me out of my lane because he started to merge into my lane while he was still next to me, not in front of me. Terrible company its a total scam! Kicking multiple trainees out 2 days before finishing the training like wow all their hard work during the training and studying got thrown away without even any consideration first. People in this company who did this acts are just horrible! These trainees have family to feed and bills to pay and risk their finances to work for your company and do that to them? Shame on this company!
