On I-45 N on Sunday afternoon in Houston, TX, there was an accident. The right two lanes were involved. As traffic began moving over, the truck driver saw me on the driver's side of the truck - the sight side - in his mirror and instead of being safe, he changed lanes nearly on top of me. He acknowledged me and kept coming across. I had to take pictures after I made necessary evasive maneuvers so the flatbed trailer did not take the passenger side mirror off of my Rav4. Their truck drivers hit my parked car in the parking lot of my workplace (where they are not supposed to park and did not have permission to park) on three separate occasions. Trisha English is the adjuster they assigned to the incident and she has ghosted me as of August 5. I should not have to pay for their drivers’ mistakes. Especially when the last incident was a hit and run. Their driver backed into my parked vehicle and drove off without a care in the world. I’d like to give a big shout out to truck number (#14551 Mr David Jones) I was stuck on the side of the road and was locked out of my semi, as I was waving other drivers down because my phone and everything was locked in my truck. Your driver pulled over with no hesitation. I explained to him what happened and he took Initiative right away! After trying to call my company with many failed attempts. He called locksmiths and loves travel center for me. And all was a fail. Until we decided to call the state troopers to see if t... read more
