Today I took my daughter for her prescription for her puffer , we waited patiently over a half hour while she coughed her face off and was visibly having issues breathing. While waiting for a consult (behind 3 others as they called us all at once), my daughter began to have a coughing fit due to the fluid build up in her lungs and was going to be sick. The pharmacists are great and some of the staff are awesome. Others will leave you on hold and forget about you or say they are sending a fax but don't. I stay with this pharmacy because I've been there since they opened and we have a relationship but I really wish they were open later. 6pm closing is very inconvenient for my family and I assume others as well
Ladies are extremely slow in the back. They say 15min but 45min wait minimum because all the do is talk behind the counter.
Extremely please with the level of professionalism, accuracy and manners from the whole staff at TMC. I really don't need to be greeted as much as I want them to concentrate on filling my prescription's. Everything always explained to me in detail with no rush to see next customer answering all my concerns. The Pharmacist are always spot on with everyone else right beside.
