Let me start by saying, My Lymphatic Massage Therapist was (5 Stars) AMAZING! Unfortunately, the new (2 star) receptionist deems herself as qualified as the Medical Professionals (aka Doctors!) who refer their patients to therapy. LIFE HAPPENS and we can’t always make it to therapy, or always remember to call them for that matter, as other doctor appointments sometimes conflict with scheduled therapy appointments. I just graduated from PT after being incapacitated by collapsed discs in my back, almost 3 months ago. At that point, I could not sleep & I was not able to walk or function normally. I am not a surgical candidate so my disability will be life long now. My doctor referred me for PT at Texoma Outpatient PT & I thank God for them! I’ve been to other agencies and this is my favorite. Good parking. Elevator. Polite and friendly check in. Large and clean waiting room. Large and clean bathroom. Water cooler. Numerous machines, weights, pulleys, exercise equipment- rarely have to wait to work. Large therapy room to accommodate various types, including vestibular. AND Josie!
