Went to see Dr Bright for a referral to physio for my hip, I was treated abruptly and rudely, he said I was ineligible for a referral even despite holding a pensioner concession card, I will never go back, terrible service. I won't be paying for a service that was a waste of my time when the doctor bulk billed in previous appointments, I was never told about any new arrangements.

Bag management, drove 45 minutes in for an important appointment, they called me once only 40 minutes prior to the appointment that it had been cancelled and couldn’t offer any replacement appointments or other docters to see.

Very mixed experiences at this centre. The wait for an appointment is at least 3 weeks and if you want to see a fully qualifed doctor (not a registrar) it's more like 6 weeks. The reception staff are generally condescending, rude and lacking in empathy. I did encounter an extremely helpful and pleasant receptionist once, but not since. If you can get in to see an experienced doctor and not one of the frequent turnovers, then you do receive good care and attention, and a chance to be involved in your healthcare management.
