Horrible hospital
Emergency room staff named manda, was very unprofessiona, rude, unpleasant, and uncaring when answering simple questions and concerns.
Having been in and out of multiple ER’s for the last two years between numbness in the right side of my body to possible torsion, i will say that this place is amazing for what they can do. St. luke’s while nice, pushed all of my symptoms off onto anxiety and would not listen to a word i say, its caused multiple false reports when issues were severe, from a fungal infection in my lungs to a doctor full on refusing to see me and treat me. Called to talk to the charge nurse about a family member tonight, and to ask a question about what had to be a misunderstanding. She was very rude and claimed they were actively seeing her when she was at home! I am a nurse and would never dream of talking to a patient or a family member the way she did. This patient has a very hard time trusting healthcare workers and they just made it even worse. 0 stars
