Car needs an engine replacement after 4 months. Mick and Tony are avoiding responsibility as it's past the initial 3 month warranty period. The warranty they sold has a claim limit of 1k, which is not enough for an engine replacement. They have tried charging for an initial diagnosis on the car so THEY can determine if the fault was present at the time of sale.
