The technicians are wonderful scheduling on the other hand is a nightmare. It's not uncommon to remain on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. It's difficult to schedule or re-schedule an appointment. I left a call back number but never received a call.
Very clean, very professional, the people are very nice and have a great way of putting you at ease.
Went to have some imaging done , checking for clots . The most friendliest folks from check in to the exit door . Inside looked nice , the oil well pump outside gives you something to look at while you are waiting . Really nice and kind folks
Customer service is not too good, had an appointment to come in 5-6-25 and they didn't call with an appointment reminder so when I got there I didn't know that I needed to drink lots of water. I rescheduled for 5-31-24 but upon my arrival, I didn't get an appointment reminder for this either, they said an appointment wasn't made. The person that does ultrasounds stood with me while that appointment was made and I put it in my phone as well. I'm not going here again... the lady that does the ultrasounds is amazing though she ... read more
