I have been several times to Advanced Imaging. They run pretty close to being on time. Wait was minimal. Staff was friendly. I had an MRI today and Lauren did this for me. She was super friendly and explained everything. Also Dr. Niehus reads all my x-rays and MRI's and our families. He is an outstanding doctor. Thank you all!
Avoid this place like the plague. Charged me $550 for a standard chest xray when multiple places in the area range from $60 to $150. Called customer service and they said that it cannot be disputed and to kick rocks. Absolute scam
Staff is rude and completely dismissive and the mark up on procedures is ridiculous. They charge at a minimum 10x what it should be and rob the insurance company and you of funds!
Very clean, very professional, the people are very nice and have a great way of putting you at ease.
The technicians are wonderful scheduling on the other hand is a nightmare. It's not uncommon to remain on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer. It's difficult to schedule or re-schedule an appointment. I left a call back number but never received a call.
