Had 3 tires repaired for slow leaks, in and out in less than a hour, great service and sales person was great to deal with.
I have been to Tma west twice they balanced bad tires twice each time luckily the guy didn’t charge me this last time but had my car balanced sat tires still shaking took it to Toyota all my tires are bad like not even road legal bad! So just know they rotate bad tires and won’t tell ya when there bad! If they would have charged me this last time I would be calling and talking to a manager! You’re a tire place that can’t tell a customer when they have bad tires! The incompetence at this place of business is outstanding!
Got some suspension work done here and the guys are no nonsense straight shooters. Very impressed with knowledgeable and friendly front counter staff. 10/10
I Dropped my car off for an oil change and they called me and said that the dip stick wouldn't go down all the way. So I had to instruct them to try it again so that it wouldn't be left open before I picked it up. Then when I arrived 4 hours later to pick it up they explained that they changed the oil, but did not change the oil filter because it was too hot next to the exhaust. This would have been Important to know before picking it up as I would have asked them to hang on to the car to let it cool down to finish the job. ... read more
Stopped in late on a Monday afternoon with a brakes issue. They were up to their eyeballs with work but they squeezed me into their schedule for the next day. I showed up early and they went to work on my truck early. I was there two hours but a lot of that was TMA waiting for the parts store to deliver my new brakes. Wasn't crazy about the final price but everything costs more these days so I wasn't surprised. Friendly folks working the front counter and everybody there hustles.
