I took my car here to be fixed through ICBC. They spoke to my boyfriend and not to me about my car, which I felt kind of rude because I was the customer. When I came to get my car back they had it looking very nice both inside and out. They failed to tell me they hadn't finished the job and called me many months later to tell me to bring it in again.
