We have always been satisfied with this company and its workforce. This time we were charged £288 for two hours work and received a message the same day stating we were in arrears . My wife had already paid using online banking so was upset. We now know there are changes at the company and high prices along with high handed pursuit of payments will deter old customers. Obviously as octogenarians we obtained online banking recently or the company would have waited a lot longer.
