What exceptional service! My 99 (and counting) mother was being very stubborn about having a walk in shower installed in her property. All too much fuss, she said. But in the space of a mere three weeks, Dean (and his team) visited Mum’s flat, quoted a price, discussed options, installed the shower and left the place spotless! Mum is delighted and wishes she’d had it done earlier! She can now shower in a much safer environment than when she was swinging her legs over the side of her old bath, hanging on for dear life! Excellent service and communication. Richard came round to install a new toilet for me. He did a fantastic job and we now having a working toilet in the house. 5*s, would highly recommend.
Had a plumbing emergency early on a Saturday morning with my toilet leaking water into the flat below. Got an immediate answer when I called TM West and they had a plumber to me within 30 mins. Plumber Richard Adams was fantastic - he diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained what he needed to do and why. Claire in the office was lovely and responsive also with a billing query. Highly recommend.
