Performed repair, tech placed the wrong size capacitor in the unit and never came back to replace. 2nd repair, first technician didn’t have wiring in correct, 2nd installer corrected wiring issue but didn’t replace capacitor with factory spec one. 3rd repair: wouldn’t answer after hours line or call back. Had to call next day, scheduled another appt and they no showed so i called and they, themselves were confused so never showed. These guys were my second opinion on an ac repair. They found the same problem as a much larger, better known company. The 1st company quoted 2500 to 3000 for the repair. T&M did the repair and a deep clean of our coils for less than 1/4 of my previous quote. The tech was on time, friendly, and explained what was happening. Highly recommend, get a quote and call T&M, bet you end up going with T&M
