T and M did us right. We had them put in a couple of mini splits into our new home. One of them had a very small leak. Scott had to come by a few times to find it, but always came quickly, pleasantly, and was very competent. I'd feel good referring them to anyone.

Scott came out because my AC unit did not seem to be working properly. I have a yearly service contract. He spent about an hour thoroughly checking and tweaking my AC unit. Found a leak and fixed it, checked each vent and improved system. I have used T&M for years out of Lincolnton even though I live in Cornelius. They are knowledgeable, reliable, rather inexpensive compared to Charlotte HVAC companies and know their business. I highly recommend the company.
