Very friendly and definitely seems to know diesels
We used this place last winter at the advice of a tow truck driver and had a good experience. Attempted to have our truck worked on here this summer and didn’t work out- we had an appt and 2 days later couldn’t get an update and had to drive down to get an update. They hadn’t even looked at our car. The owner didn’t even know have written down what was wrong w our truck. When we arrived and I told one of the employees they just kind of laughed like “typical”.
Don’t use this company for tow service. They are awful! I received a text giving an eta of 18 minutes with a map tracker. The driver (Bradley) never moved for over twenty minutes. When he did move he drove away from our location. We called to figure out why. We were told the driver was 10-15 minutes away. 20 minutes later he was in another state. Terrible
