I scheduled a residential service call on a system Moon Mechanical had installed. I left a message for Moon Mechanical and after no reply for a few days I called TM Heating and Cooling. I had an appointment next day. The service tech arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful, but more importantly, willing to solve the problem with joy. From installation, to annual preventative maintenance, to buying repair parts for the DIY customer, to emergency service, I have been very pleased. Their service has been honest; and they don’t try to sell me what I don’t need. They allow me to buy parts from them; and they don’t mind that I sometimes fix my own equipment.
