TM Grady Builders took an older home with a stellar view and turned it into our absolute dream home! The stunning transformation on both the exterior and interior hit all the marks. My team and I visited Tim in November to check out his operation. We were thoroughly impressed by the level of detail he maintained with his field personnel and his trades. We were equally impressed by the report he had with the clients homes he toured is through and the quality of the under-construction as well as the finished product. Laguna Beach is lucky to have a builder like Tim Grady to call its own. I'd put them at the top of the list if you're considering a custom home or remodel.
The team at Tim Grady Builders is superb. Each member cares about the customer and it shows. If we were building in Laguna it would be an easy decision to go to this company.
