Extremely disappointed in the crain service . What a joke. The crain he has is junk and he charges $150 per hour. Do not use him or waste your time with him. He does what he wants when swinging trusses, and does not work safely. I feel I was totally ripped off. Oh and he says, "he can't afford big insurance like the madison crain companys", so watch out what ever that means.
