Used T&M for multiple extensive projects. Each project was completed professionally, on time, on budget, and passed inspection on the first inspection. The staff were easy to work with supportive and didn’t try to up sell their services. I highly recommend you reach out and ask for Jason as he coordinated all my 5 projects.
