I had a scheduled appointment for Shawn Douthit to get an estimate for my master bathroom remodel. He never showed and never called. He just blew me off! Very poor business practice. I have a $50,000 project. I will tell everyone in my development not to to bother to work with this company.
TM Construction Services did an amazingly wonderful job in fixing and repairing our roof. They even went through the painstaking job of matching shingles that were almost 20 years old on our home. Tom was very patient in assessing the issue and answering all of our questions. Once a decision was made on which way to proceed, they were extremely efficient and completed the job in just one day and even did a great job on cleaning up! OVER CHARGED The bid wasn’t itemized so when the final bill came in we found many things that should have been included in the original bid but weren’t, things that were in the original structure like a garbage disposal or cabinet pulls. And when I questioned why we were being charged for these things, he threatened to involve his lawyer because I was “a narcissist”.
