Professionalism, Quality, Respectful, Reasonable Price and easy to work with. We had a 6 foot wood Privacy fence installed during summer. Mr. Tom, the manager, is very knowledgeable and always ready to answer any questions during work. Mr. Jeff did an amazing job from start to the very end. We are so pleased. I reached out On 7/18 via the company’s Facebook page and requested an appointment for a deck estimate. I provided, as instructed, a detailed description of the proposed job, our address, and my cell number. I received a confirmation for an appointment scheduled on 7/23 between 1-4pm. See attached pictures. My husband and I sat around the house for three hours waiting for someone to show up as we had no idea when during that time window we should expect anyone. UPDATE: After the BBB and Attorney General informed TM Construction that they were involved, they've finally come out and started the work. Will update if there are additional issues or when the work is completed. Liars and thieves! First, the owner likes to refute bad reviews with "we've never talked to you!," so I'll gladly share images of our copy of the contract AND the check he cashed for the job.
