I would not recommend this company based on the experience we had with them. We ordered some blinds on May 6th. Firstly, we were asked to pay the full amount up front, which we immediately felt was unusual for a purchase like this. We requested we pay half up front and half on delivery, to which the company agreed and we paid an $800 deposit. Was very disappointed with my interaction with this company. We had paid a deposit for blinds to be replaced for one of our clients, however after approx. 2 months of waiting we were suddenly advised they could no longer be made. We then had to chase a refund for nearly a month despite being promised it multiple times. The owner advised us that he shouldn't have to refund us for change of mind and blamed us for the delays. We've had the pleasure of engaging Elias multiple times to update our curtains in the lounge, dining area, and bedrooms. Stand by their work After a few years we had a coupke of issues with their blinds. They came promptly and rectified . Great work and customer service.
