The man was super helpful, answering all my questions about gemstones and repairs. The quality is amazing, and the store feels really welcoming. Absolutely fabulous Jewellers located in Newport, Isle of Wight. Have visited & purchased multiple times over the past few years. Honestly, I couldn't ask for better service from start to finish, Jack the lovely sales assistant goes above and beyond in his role in finding what it is you acquire. If anything does go wrong with said jewellery, wether it be accidental damage or you have broken the item yourself, they are always happy to repair for a small cost, this has been made clear on every purchase I have made. This is the first time I've ever felt inclined to review a place but I am very dissatisfied. I had a great experience purchasing some gold hoop earrings for my wife's Birthday. The service and advice was excellent and I left with a new jewellers I was happy purchasing from. She wore them twice and on the second occasion the fastener broke. When I went back I was told that they could only fix them for a minimum fee of £25.
