This is the second instance in which Tara has successfully brought forth a claim on my behalf. She’s incredibly patient and communicative every step of the way—explaining the legal process and what to expect along the way. I received a horrible and unprofessional service from this law firm. I opened up a case with them in late June in regard to a slip and fall. I signed an agreement to proceed this case and was informed that I was going to get a call. Three weeks passed and I never received the call. I called multiple times and couldn't get in touch with anybody, and I also left messages on the app and no answer as well. Excellent firm! Would highly recommend Tara and her team. They are extremely professional. I had the opportunity to speak with Tara and she was amazing. She was able to articulate in a way that was easy for me to understand and be ok with not having a strong case. I love that! She has a skill set that most attorneys do not have.
