I had a very bad experience. They would not call back or provide updates the entire time the data was there. I had to call and call and hardly got anyone to answer. Was told they would ship it back and had to call twice to get it. Wow. Not good.
Horrible, do not use. At first the representatives of this company made it sound like they could do anything. I had a deadline and they said they would be able to get the item analyzed and shipped back to me on time. They went over the deadline by months and it cost me more time and money. I asked around and found other companies that had utilized TLSI Inc. with the same horrible results.
