I have been seeing Rachel for an osteoarthritic hip which had been debilitating and affecting my walking. As a retired Chiropractor, in the past I would chose carefully who else I would refer clients to for additional specialist therapy when needed and now, having had therapy with Rachel, I would highly recommend her: Professional, thorough, adaptive, empathetic and effective!
I first saw Toni about 3 years ago with a calf injury. She sorted this out and I then started to see her for a monthly sports massage. During this time, she took on a couple of colleagues and I eventually transferred to Rachel, mostly to free up a slot for Toni. I've been seeing Rachel for about a year, firstly for a routine massage but recently following a meniscus tear which she correctly identified from the symptoms. I had sprained my foot when I went to see Rachel. She was excellent and helped me understand my injuries and how other parts of my leg also needed to be considered as they were linked to the injury I had suffered. I can not recommend Rachel enough, I feel that her intervention has led me on a positive path to a complete recovery.
Mick and I started using Toni when we moved to Herefordshire in 2016. We were recommended. She has been looking after us since and always helped us. We have both incurred problems and she is always there for you even if it’s after hours. We consider she is a miracle worker. We are abroad at this time but will be returning in the next few months and cannot wait to get back with her taking great care of us.
Toni always goes above and beyond to help rectify any injuries or make you feel like amazing after a sports massge. Highly recommend
