I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with TLS Motorworks and my advisor, Ian. My original plan was simple: sell my old 2007 Honda CR-V (with 305k miles) and just get new tires so I could eventually sell it. I came in and stated that my mounts may be bad on my engine or transmission and asked if they could take a look. They said my engine mounts were completely gone and that it would be almost $3,000. I told them I would get a second opinion from Toyota and they said my mounts were fine but my driveshaft was cracked. I will never come here again, and I urge you to get a second opinion on any work this shop recommends

They were able to get me in the same day. Professional, honest and thorough. Did take longer than expected for wheel alignment but would still give them 5 stars for exceptional service. I will surely be back. Update- went back for scheduled service. Very responsive, accommodating and did a great job. Will continue to get my NX serviced here.
