Edit: The business responded saying they didn’t do anything wrong. Also didn’t reply to my email as they offered in their response. Surprise! Typical, overpriced, scammy, predatory experience where they’ll suggest 17 additional things on top of the oil change. At some point, Ian gave me the new cost (12x to the original cost) for a variety of things. I’m an immigrant with English as my serving language. I didn’t understand 13 and change meant 1300. Excellent service and very polite. I needed an inspection and they gave me all details of my car that needed potential changing and what’s in good condition. Didn’t even attempt to upsell me in anyway which I loved. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
I was real happy with my experience. They were very open and informative. They diagnosed the problems with car and fixed them in a timely manner. I will use them again the next time I have any issues with my car
