Timothy and the Staff, they were all very courteous and respectful. They are very knowledgeable about Infiniti Q50 's and offer an excellent warranty. I will return to them as my goto guys for my car. Yhere valet guy is a nice young man..they provided a valet to take me to a local eatery while waiting for my car to be repaired. When they realized they would need to keep my car overnight..they provided me with a clean safe loaner vehicle. They are Stand up guys..I highly recommend their business.
Had a flat down the road. Drove in the parking lot not knowing they were a auto shop specializing in Japanese and hybrid. I have a Lexus. It’s crazy how the world works. But I just wanna say 10/10 experience. Very helpful and nice staff! I definitely appreciate everything!!! Will recommend!!
Great service and care
Love the service here! They were upfront about everything they did with detail report of the diagnostic report. They also were quick with a fast turn around. I felt like they were really trying to help me not get one over on me. They also saved me thousands of dollars from the Tesla service center! I will definitely be returning, using them for all my repair services on my 2016 Tesla Model X. I rarely leave negative reviews because I consider myself one of the easiest customers to work with. I’m patient, understanding, and I know vehicle diagnostics can sometimes be complicated.
