They were able to get me in the same day. Professional, honest and thorough. Did take longer than expected for wheel alignment but would still give them 5 stars for exceptional service. I will surely be back. Update- went back for scheduled service. Very responsive, accommodating and did a great job. Will continue to get my NX serviced here.

I was calling around looking for a good shop to get some paintless dent repair done, and Ian from TLS Motorworks was super helpful. Even though I didn’t end up going through his shop, he still took the time to give me a solid recommendation and really came off as honest and knowledgeable. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just about making a sale. Definitely someone I’d trust to work on my car in the future.
Just had my LS 500 serviced by Chris and the guys. They were referred to me by my neighbor and I am glad I listened. Great customer service, quality work and great prices compared to the Lexus dealerships in the area. They have earned my business in the future and I will be recommending them to friends and family.
