My 2020 leaf died and I needed to have it towed to get it worked on. I called TLS and the person I talked to said that they would be more than willing to work on it but that if it was the battery than it would be under warranty and is best handled by a dealership. This was indeed the problem. I was very impressed by his honesty and turning down the work-basically recommending what he thought was in my best interest. I will certainly use them in the future if needed. I feel I can trust them.
Excellent experience having our Genesis serviced! Handled our repairs on time and did a very detailed inspection of the vehicle. Really liked how easy it was to communicate with everyone (text/phone) and you can tell they really care about their work. True professionals. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a place they can trust next time you are in need of repairs/maintenance.
Friendly, professional, and trustworthy! I recommend this shop to everyone. Really great service and they take all my concerns seriously. They also explain everything well and I never feel like I’m being pressured into anything because I am a woman like many shops have made me feel. Even my dad who is a retired auto mechanic likes this shop!
