We've had Tim do our small lawn(0.1 acre) for years. He's lightning fast ( maybe too fast) ; he's done a good job . But recently , his work was not the same. We let him know ( with photos to show what we were talking about ) poor trimming. Areas were missed. He was actually cutting 2 lawns at the same time. I texted. I called . My mom called.
