My name is Kenneth. I drop my truck off on August 2. I have not heard anything from anyone. I have been calling every day four times a day since September. I literally just called five times and no one is picking up. I have no idea where my truck is or what’s going on.
Fuel leak from the trip pac or whatever it’s called Radiator need service cruise control don’t work and they expect me to drive for them under these conditions and on top of that 25% of loaded miles dedicated lanes from Alabama to Florida 577 miles D/H you not getting paid for, breakdown pay you not getting paid for. I’m gonna admit yes a review had me questionable about going to this place. I took a risk and went to them to do some work and when I tell you a phenomenal business I mean really good and a man at what he say. Not only am I leaving a review of how satisfying I am I tipped the company and mechanic $300. Go check this company out because I’ve found my mechanic and I’m sticking with them.
They are a scam. I went there with a high voltage reading in my truck and they said they gotta reprogram dpf and it should be good but hell no I still had issues and they said that the voltage is not a problem wich it was . Terry charged me 1300$ for reprogramming the software and one hose on turbo + 2 clamps 1 water separator 1300$ so total was 2600$ and they didn’t fix a thing they are scammers beware pls Terry and Carl they know how to truck you they should be out of this business
