Good customer's service.
My sprinkler system was not functioning and Craig was able to get it working in no time! Craig initially walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to try and get it working. We couldn’t resolve the issue so I booked him in. With a busy schedule, we were booking in ~1 month, but as a spot opened up, Craig notified me, penciled me in a got the problem fixed right away! Fantastic customer care. Highly recommend and will call TLP for any future work.
Craig was super helpful & professional in helping me with a sprinkler issue. He was at a personal appointment, but still responded to my inquiry, and helped me troubleshoot the issue with my controller on the phone to get it working! Much appreciated! Thank you!
I’ve used TLP a couple of times for my irrigation system repair/maintenance. Never called anyone else since. Craig is always so easy to deal with. He gets the job done! Honest and straightforward. At the end of every service, that’s really all you need!
