This shop installed the wrong size tire on our RV at the cost of 1300. Discovered it a month later when the RV was taken to another shop in San Antonio for repairs that TLO stated they could not do. The RV had been in storage from 11/17 when it was picked up from TLO until it was delivered to San Antonio 12/10. Chris at TLO was immediately notified of their error & was given assurances they would take care of it when our RV was back from San Antonio.
