My husband and I made an appointment for 1:30pm. We waited 1hr and 45 min for them to call us. They kept taking in people who had gotten there way after us. They kept telling us wait 15 min and that we would be next. They never called us and they kept assisting people who got there after us. There were a few other people also waiting to be called, in the same situation we were in. We wasted so much time waiting. It's a family business that I've been visiting for years. They are very well-informed and handle everything by the book, with extensive knowledge of taxes for banks, donations, stock options, and alternative minimum tax. Be sure to make an appointment, as it usually takes some time to go through all the paperwork and review it at the end.
