I'm so upset. I literally just cried all the way home. I asked for Hybrid and I don't even know what I got. Not what I thought that's for sure and ANYWHERE else I've ever gone just knew how to do what I wanted. Customers who aren't trained in lashing may not always know how to explain what they want.
