TLI helped us out when our initial removalist cancelled on us a few days before the move. TLI repsonded to my desperate email after work ours. The guys that did our move were professional and took care of our belongings. A bit more expensive than some other companies but you get what you pay for. Would use again.
Fantastic service highly recommend, the team could not do enough for us they made moving easy they know what they are doing , very polite and very respectful..
Do not recommend this company paid a deposit of $510 to book removalist, on day they cancelled my booking due to arrive 7am 3rd June got a phone call 7.30am no one to do my job my house was settling around 12 noon. Caused me so much stress couldn't guarantee next morning either. Rang Quick shift they did in afternoon thank god.Rang to get my deposit back Lisa told me no couldnt have it back, then just hung up on me. Rang next day to talk to Manager no reply. Now I will take to Consumer Affairs totally illegal taking my money... read more
