This place is a great place to be. Although I didn't receive the compensation I desired. I had an outstanding experience. Mr. Ray (the owner) is a great person and deserves nothing but blessings. If hired here please take advantage of the experience and amazing family that you will be introduced to. I am afraid that I am unable to comment on the current culture of the business but I can tell you that I had the unique opportunity of being with this company in its infancy. At the time, this was a family owned business which espoused the ideals of camaraderie and a strong work ethic. I found the owner to be a deeply caring and intelligent person with whom I was blessed to form a strong working relationship and genuine friendship. Absolutely horrible ownership! Places speed above quality on work performed! (per customer email) ISSUING CONTRACTS & STAFFING WAS CAUSE OF DELAYS & NOT IN MY CONTROL Trying to steal vacation time earned after over a year employment! (per Page 15 of employment handbook when "laid off" with zero write ups more any reason)
