Wow, First Class absolute best service in the entire Peterbilt world. JD, Service manager of Cincinnati, OH TLG Peterbilt was unbelievable in the seriousness he took to our concerns and immediate resolution he offered. JD directed us to his prior shop in Erlanger, KY. We were directed to Derrick, Service Manager. Derrick addressed our problems and understood our concerns. He immediately pulled a truck out of the bay and got us in the shop in less than 15 minutes.
