Wow, First Class absolute best service in the entire Peterbilt world. JD, Service manager of Cincinnati, OH TLG Peterbilt was unbelievable in the seriousness he took to our concerns and immediate resolution he offered. JD directed us to his prior shop in Erlanger, KY. We were directed to Derrick, Service Manager. Derrick addressed our problems and understood our concerns. He immediately pulled a truck out of the bay and got us in the shop in less than 15 minutes. Just wanted to stop in and say that ladies, on the customer service side of things are awesome. Every conversation was ended with a laugh and a smile. When I called to check the status on my truck, they would actually walk out to the shop to see what was going on and was able to give me a good round about ballpark of when it would be finished. If I didn't stay so far away with would be the location, I would bring my truck for repairs. Continue y'all good customer service.

Hi, My Name is Johnny Bagley with J&M On Time Transport. This is another 5-star review for the out going and GREAT staff at Peterbilt of Charlotte,NC. I had an issue with my 2014-389- Peterbilt. I reached out to Tim ( The Manger) about the nose I have coming from within the clutch. After explaining this issue with Tim I took my truck in to the shop the same week. Celeb in parts.(not sure if I spelled his name correctly) Sure took care of my problem tonight. I was looking for some oddball fittings for a hose. He said,I don't have the fittings but I do have the hose with the correct fittings if that'll help you. Instantly my problem was solved!! The driver was on in his way 30 minutes after I got back with the correct part. And I went to a parts store,2 other big truck dealerships and Caleb was the only one who suggested a different route.
