the other day i went out did my pretrip on my kw . finished the pretrip as i put the truck in gear i heard noise from under the hood open the hood my pully had messed my belt up . so i turn the truck off called kw they had to order the part both parts they gave methe part number . so i hung up the phone and called the pete they the parts said they would fit me in . drove there long long before i got there they pulling the truck in seat down in truckers lobbie they email me stating it was done and ready to pay for the truck
