I just want to say, my experience with the service department was exceptional. I've broke down all over this beautiful country, and I've dealt with alot of dealerships. Hands down, these folks were professional and punctual. Didn't give me a run around, spoke like regular everyday people, and they got a decent driver's lounge...

My daughter had car trouble driving on her way from Charleston to Raleigh, when the under tray of her car partially unfastened on I-95. She pulled into this Peterbilt because it was the closest automotive shop she could get to with the tray dragging along the highway. The Peterbilt gentleman kindly and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with a couple of bolts, to get her safely back on her way. I got here on Monday afternoon. They could not look at me that day. I came back Tuesday morning if I diag. They diagnosed it sound the problem within an hour. I was only here from 8 AM with no check engine lights on and out the gate at 1 o'clock. That same afternoon, but they had to put it on the computer. Because it was a plug that had worked loose on the eas module and also had some rubbed wires. I would recommend this place. There are repairs are on bigger jobs are 3 to 5 days out.
