Friendly helpful staff. Fresh ingredients. Drinks are delicious and perfectly accurate every time.
Been here multiple times and have had good drinks. Only once was my drink a bit watery but that might have been due to a new person being trained. Sharleen and Tien are very nice. When there was a line of customers, they would acknowledge you and say "I'll be with you in a minute" if they were busy making drinks.
I used to love it 100%. From the freshness of tea to the texture of pearls..I dont go anywhere else but here..but recently twice now the taste of tea is not as good and pearls are a little too soft now a days..pls don't change what people love about this place..I will still give it a chance and try one more time.
