Troy owner of TLD Construction has not provided the workmanship he promised us when we hired him for Our driveway and sidewalk. First of all, The apron of drive is not straight, very uneven, cement not 4 inches thick like rest of drive. Actually apron is very thin and large cracks through cement and can see undernesth it. It is extremely thin at bottom. Now last two sections seem to be settling and sections side by side are uneven. We were told they would come back and redo. These are pictures of the mess left by Troy and his workers that I had to clean up. Troy did not complete the job that was suppose to be completed. Troy consistently lied about services to be completed. How ever he had no problem asking for the $ before being completed. He failed to seal coat and fix honeycombed cement work, he also failed to fix the damage done to my yard by him and his bobcat. I had to complete the landscaping nightmare that was left behind. Best concrete contractors in Rockford! I hired TLD Construction for my concrete driveway, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew did a fantastic job, and the finished driveway looks amazing. You can really see the quality and attention to detail in their work. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend giving them a call.

I had Troy remove and replace a side walk that was right up against my house. It was slanting in toward the house causing the basement to leak and flood. This is the third job I had him do for me, so I'm a repeat customer. He and his crew showed up two weeks later as stated, and began work removing the old sidewalk with his Bobcat. Two days later he showed up and began installing the forms and gravel for the new walkway.
