I had a terrible experience with a previous prosthetist, and honestly, I was losing hope to ever walk again as a new above knee amputee. And then I found TLCU. Braden and the whole team completely changed everything for me. Braden truly listens, understands every concern, and goes above and beyond, he even stayed after hours multiple times just to work around my tight schedule and make sure my issues were resolved. Hands down the most destructive company to deal with. no offence to the staff as you were all lovely! having a junior assigned to me with major burns and short tabular i now have damage to my stump and back in a wheel chair for three months. and you still expect to get paid from ndis for the pleasure! just constantly let down and bookings weeks apart avoid this company there are better companies out there with way more experience like in Osbourne park!
