Carwash Only Wants CLEAN Cars! – This car wash turned me down because my car was dirty. They wanted me to go to another car wash, have the exterior done and then come back and use one of my tickets for their "Works" wash which is exterior and interior! Their service is overpriced, anyway, for their quality but I've used them because they were convenient -- no more! Frazzled and Confused – I own a 98 Honda Civic took it to TLC auto wash where I have taken my vehicles several times before. The service person told me my Honda was not ready rejected because the computer in my Honda had not completed the drive cycle, and I would have to drive it at least 40 to 80 mile to complete the drive cycle, so that is what I did and returned to the TLC and the vehicle still showed not ready. Cleaning vomit by hand? – My daughter had gotten sick and vomited profusely all inside our family's mini van (im guessing it was the McDonalds). Either way, after finding out their shampoo machine was broken they told me they couldn't clean the vomit by hand. I just don't understand this. Something about a health hazard to their employees, something which I could care less about. Looks like i'll try another car wash and won't tell them its vomit, hopefully they'll just clean it.
Beware!!! – Do not under any circumstances take advantage of their monthly rate!!!!! They signed me up for one month at $14.99. I was not told that they would be deducting that amount from my checking account every month forever. Then, the next month they raised the amount to $19.99 without even telling their customers. I believe this company knew full well what they were doing and are committing fraud. I cancelled my MEMBERSHIP and was still billed the next month. And the next. Wonderful Service – My daughter had spilled a Smoothie inside her car, all over her console and onto the carpet. She had let it sit like that, in the heat and sun, and it was HARD and totally baked in. I took her car to be washed inside and out, but didn't expect they would do anything about the caked-on smoothie mess. Make up your own mind! – I have been to this location- I normally like the one on Forest Drive, but these guys are okay too. Please keep in mind that this is a public board, and you really can't tell if the person typing the comment is a "real" employee, or just a hateful person! What are these people saying? – Wow.... Such amounts of slander on this board has me weary. But do to the fact that the average person in this country is about as smart as a doorknob I think that I am going to give this place a try. Why arent you impressed? Thanks but...thanks – All of these reviews have made me slightly stupider over the course of reading them. Clearly none of these.... ... ..customers have any clue about the world around them and their existence in it.
