After calling and asking if my female dog who had just lost the use of her leg could be seen I was told yes, bring her right in. After waiting for six hours ( 4pm to 10 pm we were told that she would not be seen, the only vet on duty had an emergency procedure he had to do. The 10pm call was the only contact by them while we waited.
