DO NOT RENT HERE. Jenny Lynn double booked our cabin. We arrived to find another family sleeping in the home we had rented. It was impossible to get any sort of emergency assistance/customer support. Jenny eventually refunded the rental, but refused to reimburse for travel expenses and threatened to counter sue if we took legal action. This is a criminal organization.
We arrived to the cabin and didn’t have air conditioning. We tried contacting them several times with no response. Worst customer service I have ever had. Don’t rent from them.
