We hired *********************** of TLC TREE AND CRANE SERVICE to come in to cut some limbs so the well company could come in with the drill to drill for water. I called in the evening and he was here the following day. The limbs were over a shed. **** and his crew did an amazing job. Not a splinter of wood was left behind. I reached out to TLC for a bid on removing a tree and it took them three months to come out. That should have been a clue, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After confirming the work/bid, I kept being told by John that he'd put me on a list as soon as he had an opening. I'd call or text every 6-8 weeks and kept getting the same response: "I'll let you know." I don't know why he wouldn't pencil me in. It's been over a year. I gave up. This is no way to do business. **** **
