I wish I can give this company 0. This is the worst transportation company we have dealt with. First of all they don't have their order correct. We had requested a wheelchair door to door service and they didn't have that on their side. They finally confirm and tell they will send someone the next day. We wait and no one shows up. We call the insurance company, they call TLC and they tell them that there is no trip on their system. Per the insurance, they didn't seem to care. Never ever use this transportation company. Do not waste your time with this place they take forever to process your application and they do not return phone calls! This is the most unprofessional company I ever applied at.
