TLC Supply has been great to deal with. We are located just north of Worcester and we needed our chimney replaced and our masonry contractor was having a difficult time finding a match for the old looking brick we currently have. Since they are building from the apron up, there will be a few feet of the old brick in place and we were concerned about a total mismatch of color. Rolanda and her team at TLC supply was just a joy to work with this company, everything was explained fully, I had a lot of question they were answered promptly, and the delivery was on time with no hassle. Highly Recommended
We had been to other places trying to find what we wanted. When we finally went to TLC and met Rolanda, everything fell into place. She is patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Guys in store a great but the tall white guy that works out in the yard is very rude and won't help lift anything in the truck .. ruins the business
Excellent experience from start to finish. Great selection of products to choose from. They took the time to show us what pavers were available in their large outdoor showroom. Made sure we had the proper quantities of product to complete our DIY patio. And topped the experience of with a timely well organized delivery. I could not recomend TLC Supply enough.
