TLC is a trash business w horrible customer service. Stay away It was not explained at time of purchase and if you cared about your customers you could take 2 seconds of your time to inspect the return. First time I’ve ever heard of not being able to return unopened extra materials. Your policy is in place to benefit your pockets, not to Protect customers Charlie Foxtrot
